About the Role:

The Events and Hospitality Executive is a key member of the team that provides a welcoming experience for Sedulo. This role is responsible for handling events inquiries in our offices.

You will have a background in events and/or hospitality and be looking to develop a career in this area for a fast-growing financial institution.

Responsibilities:

  • Event planning and collaborating with the marketing team to deliver high-quality events.
  • Building relationships with local suppliers and businesses to create connections between Sedulo and the community.
  • Responding to hospitality and events requests from senior management and department heads.
  • Managing food and beverage operations, including inventory control and planning for special events.
  • Maintaining hygiene standards and health and safety protocols.
  • Providing catering services for the office team, including breakfast, afternoon teas, and social events.
  • Collaborating with the People & Culture, marketing, and Social Media teams to develop ideas for team socials and wellness initiatives.
  • Generating new concepts for events and hospitality.
