Job Description
As a Hospitality Assistant, your key responsibilities will include ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of your designated area, maintaining thorough knowledge of menus and special offers to provide relevant information to customers, operating the till point efficiently, handling customer complaints professionally, and adhering to health and safety regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
