Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Business Development Manager (Care Sector) to join our team in the North East of England.
About the Role:This role requires a driven individual to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the care sector, focusing on driving business growth and increasing revenue.
Main Responsibilities:- Pursue new business opportunities in the care sector and manage existing client relationships
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for the care sector
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to stay ahead of the competition
- Provide valuable insights to clients to build trust and loyalty
- Proven experience in the recruitment industry, preferably in the care sector
- A strong billing record as a consultant or team leader
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- A competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum based on experience
