About the RoleWe are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Channel Growth Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Business Development department, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Telco sector.

The Opportunity
You will work closely with our Sales Enablement, Product, and Marketing teams to develop new channel billing relationships with partners and promote our products and services. With a focus on new business development, you will identify and pursue opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives and drive revenue growth.
Your Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the SME environment.
- A strong background in Telco, Unified Comms Service Providers, IT MSPs, UCaaS, CCaaS, PBX, or similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor and approachable style.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to navigate networking opportunities effectively and leverage tools and resources for insightful research.
- Accuracy in forecasting revenue and identifying potential risks.
Benefits and Salary
As a Channel Growth Specialist at Recruitment Revolution, you can expect a competitive salary package of up to £65,000 per annum, plus benefits including car allowance and permanent full-time employment. Reporting directly to the Head of Business Development, you will be part of a dynamic team that values energy, integrity, performance, and teamwork.
