**Account Coordinator**
We are seeking someone who will be go above and beyond, this role will need someone who is bright, personable, and harbouring initiative. Being a team player, collaborating with different departments and having a technical understanding, these are just afew of the tasks you will be responsible for as the Account Coordinator role.
- **Job Type**:Permanent opportunity
- **Location**: Pangbourne, hybrid working available
- **Salary**: Dependent on experience
- **Working Hours**: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week
**As the Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for**:
- Carry out administrative tasks on a daily basis.
- Complete NPI distribution forms to contain all necessary information to ensure the distributors have full understanding.
- Submit datasheets alongside approval documentation for each new product.
- Keep up to date with the latest product launches and submitting any needed corrections in a timely manner.
- Liaising with channel partners on a daily basis to build a sound relationship to support them.
- Assist the Account Manager with our specialist channel partners.
- Send monthly lead time updates to all channel partners.
- Collaboratively interface with enquiries from accounts moving the orders to the relevant department.
- A strong background in customer service (At least 2 years)
- Experience in an administrative support function preferable from a B2B background
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise multiple tasks seamlessly with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
