Operations Coordinator

Northern Security Limited is seeking a highly skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for the forward planning and coordination of our security officers across the company.
Key Responsibilities:- Rotational Planning: Develop and implement rotational plans to ensure optimal resource allocation and meet customer contractual commitments.
- Employee Management: Manage and supervise the Control Room team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and effective communication with employees and customers.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their unique service delivery requirements are met and exceeded.
- Reporting and Analysis: Develop and deliver meaningful reporting solutions to support business operations and decision-making.
- Recruitment and Succession Planning: Collaborate with HR and Operations Management to identify recruitment needs and succession planning goals.
- Extensive experience in system-based roster planning, preferably in a security or manned resourcing environment.
- Strong administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent people management skills, with the ability to engage with colleagues and customers at all levels.
Northern Security Limited offers a competitive salary of £27,000 - £30,000 per annum, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.
