About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to join our award-winning Transport team. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our transport network by meticulously tracking routes and maintaining constant communication with drivers and various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor transport routes, confirming driver arrivals and trailer deliveries to Hub sites as scheduled.
  • Collaborate closely with Hub Operations, Network Operations, Transport, and Security teams to promptly share updates on arrivals or any potential issues, contributing to a seamless operational flow.
  • Conduct thorough license checks for agency drivers, ensuring strict compliance with O Licence Regulations.
  • Handle general administrative tasks, including answering phone inquiries, preparing route paperwork and maps, and providing support to Transport Shift Managers and Transport Operations Managers.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within the transportation sector.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with individuals at all levels.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities, with a proven track record of meeting tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Google Chrome suite.
  • Ability to generate comprehensive reports and analyze data effectively.
