Caval Ltd is seeking a skilled Technical Project Coordinator to join our team on a permanent basis. As a Technical Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Technical and Design teams to drive business growth and commercial objectives.

About the Project

As a Technical Project Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with the Technical and Design teams to ensure successful project execution. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and coordinating technical aspects of projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Acting as a liaison between departments, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project technical requirements.
  • Bridging the gap between design, planning, and operations teams to facilitate effective communication.
Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Project Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and distributing design drawings and project information.
  • Monitoring progress across various projects and ensuring health and safety protocols are adhered to.
  • Providing technical support to design, planning, commercial, operations, and development teams.
  • Overseeing the filing of Building Regulations and warranty submissions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience working with market-leading housing contractors.
  • Experience working in a technical position within the housing/residential sector.
  • Commercial awareness and strong IT skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
  • Knowledge of legal frameworks associated with planning management.
  • Quality control skills and effective time management.
