**Job Title:** Shift Planner - Operations Coordinator

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Planner - Operations Coordinator to join our team at SGS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the activities of our operations team to ensure seamless execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement demand forecasting models to predict resource requirements and optimize resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement resource plans, work patterns, and schedules to meet business objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate planning risks and opportunities to ensure the successful execution of projects.
  • Translate long-term plans and schedules into short-term and daily plans and schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Plan and coordinate logistics solutions to maximize time and minimize travel times and distances.
  • Manage and update the Computerized Maintenance Management System (SAP) to track progress and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Provide regular updates and progress reports to site management to ensure transparency and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Competent project or resource planner with experience in planning and scheduling tools, including MS Project.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of SAP and data analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
