A senior leadership role has become available for an experienced Head of Service Delivery to join a leading organisation based in Oxford. As the Head of Service Delivery, you will have a proven track record of managing teams of 5-7 people and experience of working in an ITIL environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a team of 5-7 people to ensure effective service delivery
  • Ensure all SLA's and OLA's are met and exceeded
  • Work closely with IT teams to develop and improve IT services
  • Develop and implement service management processes and procedures
Requirements:
  • Excellent knowledge of ITIL
  • Experience of working in an Agile environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
