We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Administrator to join our team at Kreston Reeves. As a Service Desk Administrator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality internal service experience for all colleagues and Partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering all Helpdesk Support calls
  • Logging all calls within the Helpdesk software
  • Being flexible
  • Adding/removing users to software
  • Remote Support

Requirements:

  • 1st Line Helpdesk Support experience
  • High-quality internal service experience for all colleagues and Partners
  • Experience using Microsoft
