Your New Role
As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for leading and managing all recruitment activities for the organisation, including both local and international recruitment campaigns. You will maintain up-to-date personnel files and ensure compliance with local laws and international recruitment requirements. Additionally, you will manage and maintain the company's UK Home Office Tier 1 Visa licence. Regular updates and reports will be provided to senior leadership on all HR-related activities.
Salary: £30,000 - pro rata for three days.
Benefits: Private medical, free parking.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in an HR generalist role, with exposure to recruitment and employee relations.
  2. A strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  4. Project management skills with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
