Administrative Support Coordinator

**Job Overview**
We are recruiting for an Court Usher Admin Assistant to join our team at HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) in Northampton City Centre.
This is a short-term temporary position until 31/03/2025, with a possibility of extension. As a Court Usher Admin Assistant, you will be an essential first point of contact for all court users, meeting members of the public, including vulnerable witnesses, and their legal representatives.
You will prepare court/hearing rooms, complete documentation, and ensure the court runs efficiently. You will also carry out general clerical work as required to support the work of HMCTS.
About the Role:
- Meet and greet court users, including vulnerable witnesses and their legal representatives.
- Prepare court/hearing rooms for proceedings.
- Complete documentation and ensure the court runs smoothly.
- Perform general clerical duties to support the work of HMCTS.
Requirements:
- IT proficient with the ability to learn and adapt to different technologies and software packages.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
