Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Support Manager to join our team at Community Trade Union. As a key member of our administration department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our members and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary of £25,168.00 per year, plus a range of benefits including cycle to work scheme, employee discount, enhanced maternity leave, free flu jabs, free parking, and health & wellbeing programme.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience in IT, Windows, Microsoft Office, and organisational skills. You will be based at our Earls Barton location (NN6 0JH) and will be required to commute reliably to this site.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the reception area, coordinate appointments, and book training rooms.
  • Prepare mail merges, manage stationery supplies, and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Support the Caretaker/Groundskeeper with event setup and maintenance tasks.
