Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Children Support Service Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality care within our assigned house at The Loddon School Co.

This is a strategic role that requires daily input into operational matters, where your expertise will ensure appropriate outcomes. You will lead, coach, and guide your team to manage daily operational issues and ensure appropriate paperwork and reports are completed on time.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of the Children's Home (England) Regulations 2015 and how it translates into practice.
  • Natural leadership skills, remaining calm in a crisis, creating an engaging and dynamic environment, and inspiring your team to deliver the highest level of care to the children.
  • Safeguarding will be at the forefront of everything you do.
  • A Level 5 in Residential Childcare or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years' experience within the sector, and 2 years of leadership.

Between £30,000 - £41,301 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. A monthly on-call allowance is also included. All applicants must have the Right to Work in the UK.
