Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience, estimated at £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this leadership role in driving the charity's mission forward. In addition to a market-leading salary, we provide an attractive benefits package, including:

Job Description

As CEO, you will be the driving force behind the Loddon Foundation, providing inspirational leadership, strategic direction, and oversight of a multi-disciplinary team. You will work closely with our dedicated Board of Trustees and Charity Leadership Team to ensure the children's safety, wellbeing, and needs are met to the highest standards. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive the charity's growth and success
  • Leading and managing a high-performing team to deliver exceptional outcomes for our children
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to build partnerships and secure funding opportunities
