**Administration Team Leader**

**Salary Up to**:£28,000 per annum (pro rata)

**Location**:Newcastle

**Contract/Hours**: Permanent, Part Time - 28 hours a week Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. (4 days a week) - We are open to a variety of hours to suit your work life balance, there is flexibility with how many hours you want to work.

**About the role**:
**We have the Newcastle Family Support Service, and they need a strong Administration Team Leader to join them in a diverse and varied role where no two days are the same**

**Salary is up to £28,000 per annum depending on skills and experience.**

**How you will help to create brighter futures**
- Prepare accurate budgets and forecasting for 2 x Children's Services Managers
- Managing a team of 4 x frontline Business Support officers.
- Supporting Business Support Officers and managers with Health & Safety issues in relation to the services.
- Using data collection systems to monitor and interpret budgets and statistical data.
- Responding proactively to issues that arise to enable the achievement of service objectives.
- Showing resilience and flexibility to work within fast paced and adaptable services.

**Let's talk about you**:

- Business Administration or Management S/NVQ Level 3, equivalent qualification, or demonstratable experience.
- Previous supervisory or line management experience.
- Excellent knowledge of finance is essential as you will be managing budgets within this role**.**:

- Ability to forecast funding figures and work creatively.
- Good IT skills, including Advanced Excel - pivot tables and formulas.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must have knowledge of databases and be skilful in analysing data.
- The ability to manage your time effectively and work to deadlines.
