About the Role
  • Lead & Optimise the Platform: Oversee the health, performance, and scalability of the retailer's Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, ensuring it runs smoothly, scales with the business, and supports marketing teams globally in executing successful campaigns.
  • Hands-On Development: As a technical expert, develop, configure, and optimise marketing automation solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, and other core tools.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Manage and mentor a small team of Marketing Cloud specialists, inspiring and guiding them while fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
Key Requirements
  • Hands-On Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and configuring Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Content Builder, etc.). Proven ability to handle complex configurations and troubleshooting.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven ability to manage and mentor a small team of Marketing Cloud experts, inspiring and guiding them to achieve high performance and deliver outstanding results.
  • Proven Track Record: Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing technology solutions.
