About the Role

At Monks, a global, digital-first marketing and advertising services company, we connect content, data, and digital media and technology services to produce innovative solutions. As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Expert, you will play a key role in delivering world-class SFMC-based solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities

  1. Translate business requirements into technology solutions and implement them accurately, efficiently, and reliably.
  2. Develop customized presentations, demonstrations, and prototypes to showcase SFMC capabilities.
  3. Lead the development team responsible for implementing SFMC services, including Journey Builder and various Studios.
  4. Develop technical integration approaches, including data flow and architectural diagrams.
  5. Work with cross-functional teams to identify and develop new SFMC opportunities.

About You

Our ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce, with 3+ years of Marketing Cloud experience, including Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, MobileConnect, MobilePush, and Einstein. Strong understanding of SOAP APIs, REST APIs, and integration architectures is also required.
