**Job Title:** HR Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a HR Operations Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month contract based in Leatherhead, Surrey. This role is crucial in delivering quality customer service by managing day-to-day Core People Processes activities across the employee lifecycle.
  • Ensure accurate updating of Workday for new starters, changes to existing employees, and leavers.
  • Organise, file, and maintain HR documentation, ensuring accuracy and currency.
  • Maintain 100% accuracy in Workday data reflecting changes made during monthly payroll processing.
The successful candidate will be familiar with recruitment processes and systems to facilitate smooth onboarding of new hires. They will also administer the sale and purchase of holidays, ensuring accurate recording for payroll and statistical purposes. A good understanding of UK employment law, compliance, and the GDPR data protection is essential. The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you have a flexible, enthusiastic, and positive 'can-do' attitude, excellent communication skills, and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft packages, we encourage you to apply.
