HR Administrator

**Role Purpose**
ESP is seeking a pro-active HR Administrator to join its successful and vibrant organisation to support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources department. You will ensure HR operations are met with the compliance and professionalism that are appropriate to ESP.
**Key Accountabilities**
- Manage the internal platform (Hireful) for recruitment (posting vacancies internally and externally).
- Work closely with the hiring manager to make sure they follow ESP’s recruitment process.
- Responsible for onboarding new starters including the offer of employment, contract, references, and any other required document.
- Coordinating and supporting the delivery of inductions
- Maintain employee’s file up to date including but not limited to contract changes, payroll, personal details and employee benefits.
- Manage and process leavers.
- Updating and maintaining the HR systems (MyHRToolkit, MyRewards and emPerform) with accurate records.
- Running internal HR reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Supporting on HR projects.
- Carry out day to day HR processes and functions.
- Supporting employee relations, including advising on policies and procedures.
- Be the first point of contact for HR queries and support.
- Work closely with the HR Manager to implement and maintain company culture.
- Be part of the creation and implementation of the employee value proposition.
- Supporting the office/team with adhoc administrative duties.

- Flexible approach and ability to work under own initiative
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in MS Office products including word, excel and PowerPoint
- Interest in a career in HR and willing to complete CIPD 3 or CIPD 5 qualification
