Our HR support at The Grange has been on a journey, having previously been outsourced in 2018, we are now pleased to be creating a dedicated team in house and are searching for a HR & People Officer to join us.

Our HR & People Manager has been in place for 8 months and is now looking to strengthen the team with a HR & People Officer to support them in rebuilding the HR function and updating all people related processes.

The HR & People team provide a generalist HR service spanning the entire employee lifecycle for our workforce of approximately 150 permanent staff and 30 bank workers. You’ll be joining a team where 97.6% feel proud of the service they deliver and where we have a no blame culture as emphasised by 98.8% of the team saying they feel able to admit when they make a mistake. We’re proud to be a Mindful Employer and a Disability Confident Committed Employer and you’ll see and feel our values at every level.
