Job Description

As a Senior Area Manager at Molton Brown, you will be responsible for implementing a strategic approach to identify and capitalize on new business prospects. You will develop yearly budgets, perform monthly re-forecasting exercises, and maintain updated contract terms and pricing lists across the account portfolio.

You will also foster and sustain excellent relationships with existing partners through regular visits and meetings, gaining insights into partners' needs and industry trends to inform strategic decisions. Additionally, you will drive negotiations with potential new accounts, leveraging strategic insights to optimize sales performance and enhance margins.

With extensive travel throughout the designated geographical region expected, you will ensure effective management and engagement with partners. A Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is desirable, as is experience in new business development luxury brands selling business to business within the luxury hotel and spa market.
