Customer Service Coordinator

We are currently working with a leading online retailer, dedicated to providing efficient and reliable services to clients. In this role, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that all orders are processed accurately and dispatched on time.
Our company is based in Oldbury, Birmingham, offering a competitive salary of £24,000 per annum for this full-time, permanent position. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 11am to 7pm, allowing for a great work-life balance.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Order Processing: Manage orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. This involves receiving and processing customer orders, as well as coordinating with our logistics team to ensure timely dispatch.
- Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency
