About the Role

This position plays a vital role in supporting our sales team.

  • Deliver excellent customer service to exceed expectations, mainly over the phone and also face-to-face.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as pre and post-collection queries and issues, utilizing empathy and efficiency to resolve customer complaints.
  • Utilize our CRM system daily to create customer cases and ensure actions are taken until the issue is resolved.
  • Contact relevant internal parties to process enquiries and complaints correctly.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet customer service targets every month.
Key Responsibilities

A valid UK driving license is essential. We seek individuals committed to providing great customer service and possessing strong people, communication, and organizational skills.

Estimated Salary Range: £24,000 - £28,000 per annumBenefits:
