Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Lead to join Motorpoint Ltd as a key member of our team. The successful candidate will lead the customer service delivery, resolving issues promptly and exceeding customer expectations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee the vehicle handover process, including paperwork, finance sign-ups, and vehicle demonstrations
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences to exceed customer expectations
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively
  • Liaise with the Sales Manager to improve the customer journey
Requirements
  • A proven track record of strong customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to identify training needs

The salary for this role is estimated at £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
