Your Role:
We are seeking a motivated Technical Sales Consultant who will play a crucial role in identifying potential clients and collaborating with various internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective clients to assess their business needs and challenges during the pre-sales phase.
- Work alongside the sales team and product specialists to craft solutions that meet the unique requirements of clients.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services, keeping abreast of new features and industry developments.
- Provide technical guidance to potential clients through product demonstrations and by clarifying technical concepts.
- Develop customized proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the advantages of our solutions.
- Oversee the creation of proof of concepts or prototypes to validate the proposed solutions.
- Monitor competitor offerings to position our solutions effectively in the market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and marketing.
- Assist the sales team in negotiations and contract reviews to ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Collect feedback from potential clients and relay insights to product development and marketing teams.
- Travel may be necessary to meet with clients, attend industry events, or conduct on-site demonstrations.
Qualifications:
What You Bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Business, Computer Science, or Supply Chain Management (or equivalent experience).
- Several years of experience in pre-sales or technical sales, ideally within the pharmaceutical or airline sectors.
- Deep technical knowledge of supply chain visibility products and their applications in the pharmaceutical and airline industries.
- Experience in selling integrated hardware and software solutions to provide comprehensive client offerings.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools for managing pre-sales activities and tracking performance.
- Willingness to travel as required by the role.
