Technical Oracle Solutions Specialist

As a Technical Oracle Solutions Specialist at Oracle, you will play a key role in providing direction and specialist knowledge in applying Oracle technology software to client business. Your expertise will be instrumental in facilitating customer Oracle technology software product understanding through presentations, demonstrations, and provision of support throughout the sales process.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle database and software solutions, with experience in implementing Oracle technology adoption. You will be responsible for formulating and leading presales technical support activity to prospective customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales opportunities by leading technical discovery and proposing creative and complex solutions to meet clients' business requirements.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Oracle Account Manager for a set of industry-aligned customers, covering both pre-sale and post-sale activities.
  • Developing the initial bill of materials and solution architecture that deliver against the customer's business goals.
  • Ensuring that functional and non-functional requirements, such as security, network, and performance, are fully understood and mapped to Oracle Technology solutions.
  • Presenting Oracle's technology, demonstrating familiarity with core functional capabilities across Oracle database.
  • Acting as the customer's Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Technology software engineering-related aspects.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who can bring together and lead Domain Specialist Engineers, Solution Architects, and other Oracle teams to support solution building, preparation, presentation, and delivery of the Oracle solution.
