Job Description

As a seasoned Oracle Solutions Architect, you will provide expert-level technical guidance and leadership to project teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, integrated software solutions within the constraints of time and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical architect consulting services, including holistic technical design reviews, performance and scalability assessments, and optimization of integrations and NetSuite customizations.
  • Analyze customers' business and technical requirements to ensure the appropriate and long-term scalable use of NetSuite.
  • Work with partners to implement recommendations and devise solutions across the NetSuite ecosystem.
  • Lead customers and partners through the appropriate use of NetSuite environments, design and optimizing considerations for integrations and customizations, and practices for successful data migrations.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in relevant technical consulting, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle NetSuite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
  • Experience in performance and scalability of ERP systems, orchestrating and executing load and performance testing, tuning of SQL statements, and data modeling.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision, and lead others with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced understanding of software development, database concepts, ERP technology frameworks, and infrastructure.
  • Experience in release management and/or Agile scrum master, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop and optimize NetSuite SuiteTalk, SOAP integrations, or REST integrations.
