Job Description

The Advanced Service Engineer (ASE) organization in CSS is a global team of highly skilled technical engineers. We are looking for a Lead Cloud Architect (LCA) with Artificial Intelligence experience to design, build, and manage best-in-class solutions for our CSS customers.

Responsibilities
  • Establish trusted relationships with customers
  • Be familiar with Oracle Cloud and AI products and solutions
  • Assess and analyze customer needs to capture business and industry requirements
  • Lead CSS's delivery teams by providing technical governance and guidance
  • Resolve complex problems
  • Build relationships with team members, other Oracle teams, and customers
  • Support new business opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies
  • Apply industry and Oracle best practices
  • Ensure customers achieve beneficial solutions
Requirements
  • Minimum five years of experience as a senior architect delivering cloud and AI solutions
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Keen to learn new cloud and AI technologies
  • Customer-first attitude
  • Technical leadership skills
  • Positive, creative, agile, and innovative attitude
  • Ability to analyze and document complex issues
Preferred Technical Skills
  • Good knowledge of Oracle Cloud solutions
  • Strong knowledge of AI technologies
  • Good knowledge of Applications/SaaS, Databases, and Middleware/PaaS services
  • Good technical knowledge of relevant open-source cloud technologies
  • Strong understanding of cloud security
  • Knowledge of Cloud native design solutions
  • Strong automation process and technology experience
