Job Title: Technical Solutions Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Specialist to join our EPC & Construction business unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing technical requirements, conducting negotiations, and executing contracts for our Ready to Build projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop technical requirements for project development teams to progress the project pipeline along critical paths.
  • Conduct negotiations and execute EPC/BOP/TSA contracts for Ready to Build projects.
  • Support project development stages, including management of external technical advisors and providers of technical services.
  • Conduct technical due diligence, researching and analyzing project technical specifications to establish feasibility.
  • Support financial close process, ensuring financiers are comfortable with technical risks.
  • Grid connection and integration, including understanding of interconnection issues for large-scale solar, wind, and BESS systems.
  • Prepare project progress reports, proposals, and presentations for internal purposes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in large-scale renewable projects and BESS systems.
  • Experience in electrical power systems (HV & MV) is highly valued.
  • Advanced level of English, both spoken and written.
  • Understanding of wind plant modeling and associated IT software.
  • Understanding of PV and BESS plant modeling and ability to use associated IT software (PV Syst).
  • Deep knowledge of key features of utility scale renewable assets.
