Our client, a leading provider of cutting-edge financial technology, is seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to join their UK team. As a key member of the team, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the successful implementation of their financial technology products with new customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories.
  • Develop process-mapping (As-Is and To-be) to identify current and future state of projects.
  • Work closely with development teams to design, implement, and test solutions.
  • Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows and system diagrams.
  • Assist in project management activities, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
  • Provide training and support to end-users.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role in the financial technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS/ Software products – ideally Fintech.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of an international team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of SQL and database management.
  • Software development background or skills.

Location: Remote – UK

£50,000 - £70,000 Plus Benefits
