About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team at ARK Schools. As a key member of our partnerships team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with schools and Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs) to increase the reach of our Mastery programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead new school partnership subscriptions to our Mastery programmes
  • Provide account management to key Academy Trust partners
  • Create and manage a sales pipeline
  • Develop relationships with partner schools and MATs
  • Grow and maintain relationships across an area of England
  • Recruit schools and MATs to our programmes
  • Retain our current partner schools and MATs

Requirements

  • Experience of selling to schools and Multi-Academy Trust leaders (desirable)
  • Experience teaching in UK school(s) (desirable)
  • Adept at maintaining and developing prospect databases and sales pipelines
  • Ability to use and analyse data to drive performance
  • Good IT skills, with specific skill in using Microsoft office applications and other cloud-based systems
