Strategic Partnership Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team at ARK Schools. As a key member of our partnerships team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with schools and Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs) to increase the reach of our Mastery programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead new school partnership subscriptions to our Mastery programmes
- Provide account management to key Academy Trust partners
- Create and manage a sales pipeline
- Develop relationships with partner schools and MATs
- Grow and maintain relationships across an area of England
- Recruit schools and MATs to our programmes
- Retain our current partner schools and MATs
Requirements
- Experience of selling to schools and Multi-Academy Trust leaders (desirable)
- Experience teaching in UK school(s) (desirable)
- Adept at maintaining and developing prospect databases and sales pipelines
- Ability to use and analyse data to drive performance
- Good IT skills, with specific skill in using Microsoft office applications and other cloud-based systems
