Access Talent Group is proud to partner with a leading consultancy in Edinburgh to find an Ecology Manager who can take their business to the next level. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality ecological projects.

We are looking for someone with a passion for conservation and environmental protection, 4-5 years experience, ability to undertake protected species surveys, full CIEEM progressing to Full CIEEM, and the right to live and work in the UK. Responsibilities include managing ecological surveys, liaising with clients and subcontractors, and delivering high-quality consultancy services.

Key requirements include:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum.
