A highly motivated and ambitious Conservation Team Lead is required to support our client's ecology team in delivering meaningful and impactful projects. With a competitive salary of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, this role offers a chance to make a real difference in the environment.

About the Client

Our client is a respected consultancy in Scotland and the UK-wide, known for their productive and collaborative approach. They are seeking an Ecology Manager who can lead a team of ecologists, plan and resource surveys, produce reports, and liaise with clients on larger and more detailed projects.

Key Requirements
  • 4-5 years experience in ecological surveying and consultancy
  • Ability to undertake a range of protected species surveys
  • Full CIEEM membership (progressing to Full CIEEM)
  • Right to live and work in the UK
