About the Role

The Vehicle Technical Support Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction for INEOS Automotive's vehicles. This position will work closely with the Technical Services Manager to develop processes and structures across inter-divisional teams and the wider INEOS Automotive organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with workshops to implement efficient repair processes, focusing on a 'fix once, fix first' approach to minimize claims and repairs.
  • Analyze root cause issues to identify opportunities for quality enhancement and process improvements.
  • Liaise with manufacturing and quality departments to identify risks, improvements, and enhancements to the vehicle and customer experience.
  • Monitor customer-related reports, including warranty and quality systems, to ensure prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in Aftersales and Technical Support Engineering, preferably in the vehicle manufacturing or motor trade industry.
  • Ability to use, understand, and develop technical and aftersales tools, diagnostic equipment, and strategies for best practice.
  • Strong customer-focused approach with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Recognized technical qualification preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
