About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Technical Support Engineer to join our team at INEOS Automotive. As a key member of our Technical Services department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient repair and maintenance of our vehicles.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Technical Services Manager to develop and implement processes and structures that enhance quality and reduce claims and repairs.
  • Work closely with workshops to implement a 'fix once, fix first' approach, ensuring efficient repair processes.
  • Analyze root cause issues to identify opportunities for quality enhancement and cost reduction.
  • Liaise with manufacturing and quality departments to identify risks, improvements, and enhancements to vehicle quality and customer experience.
  • Monitor customer-related reports and provide technical support to ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in Aftersales and Technical Support Engineering, preferably in the vehicle manufacturing or motor trade industry.
  • Ability to use, understand, and develop technical and aftersales tools, diagnostic equipment, and strategies for best practice.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in both office and field-based environments.
  • Recognized technical qualification preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
