Responsibilities

As a key member of the Ineos Automotive team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing processes and structures to enhance quality, reduce claims and repairs, and improve the overall customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the Technical Services Manager to develop and implement efficient repair processes and structures
  • Working closely with workshops to ensure a 'fix once, fix first' approach
  • Analyzing root cause issues to identify opportunities for quality enhancement and cost reduction
  • Liaising with manufacturing and quality departments to identify risks, improvements, and enhancements to the vehicle and customer experience
  • Monitoring customer-related reports and providing support to the network and customers
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Significant experience in aftersales and technical support engineering, preferably in the vehicle manufacturing or motor trade industry
  • Ability to use, understand, and develop technical and aftersales tools, diagnostic equipment, and strategies for best practice
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in both office and field-based teams
  • Recognized technical qualification preferred
  • Ability to work in a high-growth and fast-paced environment
