Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to join our team at Calco Services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for tendering, securing and leading projects within our major projects division.
About the Role:
- Work closely with key directors to secure and lead projects
- Tendering and commercial management of large-scale projects
- Develop and implement effective commercial strategies
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial management of major projects
- Tendering and bid management
- Contract negotiation and administration
Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial management
- Strong understanding of contract law and negotiation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
