We are looking for a highly skilled Local Authority Designated Officer (LADO) to join our team at Cambridgeshire County Council. As a statutory post, this role requires a strong understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will have a Social Work qualification and experience in working in a fast-paced environment where referrals require a timely response. You will be responsible for convening and chairing multi-agency Allegations Management Meetings and providing training to partner agencies on LADO procedures.

**Salary:** £42,000 - £52,000 per annum
