Job Description

Sellick Partnership Limited - Public Sector is proud to be working with an exceptional shared legal services team in the heart of the South East.

We are seeking a Contracts Lawyer to join our large alternative business structure operating on behalf of public sector clients, which includes local government.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have 3+ years' recent experience dealing with procurement matters, providing legal support and advice to local authority clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing legal support and advice on procurement processes, including drafting contracts, reviewing ITT documents, addressing clarification issues, and finalising agreements.
  • Assisting clients with establishing companies, providing company secretarial support, and advising on general corporate issues.
  • Drafting construction contracts and associated documents on behalf of local authority clients, as well as advising on related issues.
