Job Overview:
Sellick Partnership Limited - Public Sector is a leading provider of recruitment services for the public sector. We are currently seeking an experienced Contracts / Procurement Lawyer to join our team.

About the Role:
This exciting opportunity will see you working as part of a shared legal services team in the heart of the South East, supporting local authority clients with procurement and contract matters. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert advice and guidance on procurement regulations, contract law, and company secretarial matters. Your extensive experience in drafting contracts, ITT documents, and advising on procurement complaints or challenges will be invaluable in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support and advice to local authority clients on procurement and contract matters
- Assist in establishing companies, providing company secretarial support, and advising on general corporate issues
- Draft construction contracts and associated documents on behalf of local authority clients

Requirements:
- 3+ years' recent experience dealing with procurement and contract matters
- Strong knowledge of procurement regulations, contract law, and company secretarial matters
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
