The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Planning Lawyer to join our team in the South East. The successful candidate will have a strong background in planning law and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of planning and highway matters, including schedule 106 agreements.
  • Build relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities to drive growth.

Requirements:

  • A private practice or public sector background with experience in planning law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • A competitive salary of £43,000 - £56,750 per annum, plus benefits such as local government pensions scheme and flexible working arrangements.
