Job Summary

Sellick Partnership Limited - Public Sector is seeking a highly skilled Contracts Lawyer to join its team in the South East.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a large shared service arrangement on a permanent basis, working with a market-leading alternative business structure operating on behalf of public sector clients.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' recent experience dealing with procurement matters, providing legal support and advice to local authority clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing legal support and advice on procurement processes, including drafting contracts, reviewing ITT documents, addressing clarification issues, and finalising agreements.
  • Assisting clients with establishing companies, providing company secretarial support, and advising on general corporate issues.
  • Drafting construction contracts and associated documents on behalf of local authority clients, as well as advising on related issues.

What We Offer
