About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Contracts / Procurement Lawyer to join our team, who will work closely with our clients to provide expert advice and guidance on procurement and contract matters. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert advice and guidance on procurement regulations, contract law, and company secretarial matters. Your extensive experience in drafting contracts, ITT documents, and advising on procurement complaints or challenges will be invaluable in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support and advice to local authority clients on procurement and contract matters
- Assist in establishing companies, providing company secretarial support, and advising on general corporate issues
- Draft construction contracts and associated documents on behalf of local authority clients

Requirements:
- 3+ years' recent experience dealing with procurement and contract matters
- Strong knowledge of procurement regulations, contract law, and company secretarial matters
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
