Estate Planning Lawyer

At Hunt & Coombs Solicitors, we're seeking an experienced Estate Planning Lawyer to join our Private Client team in Huntingdon. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in providing expert legal advice on wills, trusts, and probate matters.

About the Role:
  • Provide high-quality legal services to clients, including will writing, powers of attorney, inheritance tax planning, probate, and estate administration.
  • Assist in business development to grow our private client practice.
  • Manage client communications and ensure exceptional client care.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve timely and satisfactory outcomes for clients.

Requirements:
  • You'll have a strong knowledge of wills, trusts, and probate law, as well as excellent communication skills to simplify complex legal issues for clients.
  • A qualified solicitor with a practicing certificate, organized, detail-oriented, and committed to following office procedures.
  • A positive, proactive attitude towards client care and business development.
