About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Tenancy and Estates Management Coordinator to join our team at Places for People Living Plus. This role will involve providing an effective and efficient tenancy and estate management service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carrying out tenancy reviews and property inspections to ensure that neighbourhoods are safe, clean and attractive
  • Working with the Tenancy Enforcement Team to ensure customers meet their contractual obligations
  • Developing and implementing neighbourhood and continuous improvement plans to uphold estate standards and budgets
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar or administrative role
  • Good communication skills and ability to create and maintain effective working relationships
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
