About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the position of Community Housing Manager at Places for People. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality tenancy and estate management services to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of housing and tenancy legislation, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement strategies that enhance estate standards and improve customer experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver effective and efficient tenancy and estate management services to customers.
  • Conduct tenancy reviews and property inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
