Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at ScaffFloat. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion in existing and new markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers, suppliers, and partners
- Collaborate with the design and commercial teams to create and deliver quotes and proposals
- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote ScaffFloat's products and services
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including international expansion
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the commercial marine industry
- Strong knowledge of the commercial marine industry and basic floaty technical knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
