Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at ScaffFloat. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in existing and new markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and suppliers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with the operations team to deliver sales and marketing initiatives
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts and reports

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of business development and sales success
  • Strong understanding of the commercial marine industry and its key markets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic floaty technical knowledge
